IGOR INDRUCH ING. CSc. Over 25 years working in applied research with Czechoslovak Academy of Agriculture supporting application of nuclear energy for piece purposes-developing cyto-genetical methods in plant mutations. He is an author of dynamic system for quantification of the plant breeding. After completion of post-gradual study of logical methods in Faculty of Phylosophy at Charle´s University, he established database for innovations from Agriculture, collecting about 700 inventions and innovations from agriculture. He is a publisher of Reports about Progress in Agriculture and Food Industry in the region of Ostrava. At present he is an external teacher of Information technology and European Integration at High School in Valašské Meziříčí. He is involved in UNESCO programmes and PHARE projects/EU for the students. Since 1994 he is an active member of New York Academy of Sciences, and is involved in Who is Who in the Ingeneering and Who is Who in the World Issue.
